What's new in 2026

The Town of Pe Ell will be making a few exciting new editions/changes to help make Water & Sewer Billing more efficient for everyone.

Starting at the first of the year we will be switching how we process credit/debit cards. Citizens will now have the ability to make payments online through a 3rd party portal, this also gives the option for auto-pay to be set up. This new portal does not allow to view your billing, so you will still need to refer to your billing statements for the amount that is owed. This 3rd party site does require a processing fee in addition to the billing amount owed.

Throughout the year we will be swapping out our current water meters that will be compatible with our new meter reading system. The new meters give town employees the ability to read meters daily and detect leaks much quicker.
