A Special Meeting has been scheduled to hold a Public Hearing regarding a variance application that was received by the Clerk.


The property to be discussed is 0 Main St., the vacant lot on the corner of 6th Avenue and Main St. The property owner has requested a variance to the required setbacks of property lines. All property owners within 300 ft of the target property were mailed on 5/10/2022. Any and all citizens are welcome to attend and/or be heard on the matter. If you are unable to attend the meeting and would like to be heard, please mail a letter to: Town of Pe Ell, P.O. Box 215 Pe Ell, WA 98572 before Friday May 20, 2022.
