ALL BURNING IS PROHIBITED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE WITHIN THE TOWN OF PE ELL. THIS NOTICE IS EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE!

BURNING OF ANY KIND OTHER THAN RECREATIONAL FIRE PITS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED WITHIN TOWN LIMITS AT ALL TIMES OF THE YEAR.

ANY AND ALL VIOLATIONS WILL BE SUBJECT TO REPORTING WHICH MAY RESULT IN CRIMINAL PENALTIES. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, PLEASE CONTACT MAYOR WILLEY (360)324-2132.
